ADMISSION PROCEDURE

  • The application form for admission can be obtained on payment of Rs. 500/- The duly completed application form for admission must be submitted to the school office.
  • Admission will be granted based on the availability of seats in each class and also based on the entry level assessment test.

ADMISSION RULES

1. Children who have completed 2 ½, years are eligible for admission in Pre K.G.

2. Children who have completed 3 years are eligible for admission in L.K.G.

3. Parents/Guardian seeking admission for their children/wards have to produce Birth Certificate photo copy, Aadhaar card photo copy, Community photo copy & Latest photo - 2 at the time of admission.

4. Students from other school should Produce Transfer Certificate (T.C).

5. In Primary section, the students from other schools are selected on the basis of entrance test.

6. Admission fees once paid will not be refunded.

ATTENDANCE

  • An academic year is divided into two terms which run from April to September and from October to March.
  • Every day the first period will be started with silence prayer for 5 minutes.
  • School hours on all working days are from 9:20 a.m. to 04.00 p.m. Office hours on all working days are from 9:00 a.m. to 04:00 p.m. The Principal can be met on all working days with prior appointment. No school business will be transacted on holidays.
  • Regular attendance is a must, except under unavoidable circumstances as it badly affect the progress of the pupil.
  • Leave of absence will be granted for sufficient reason by only on application from parents or guardians. Students who absent themselves without sanctioned leave must bring from their parents or guardians a note of satisfactory explanation. Leave of absence should be entered in the school diary.
  • If a student suffers from an infectious disease, parents should keep the child at home till the danger of infection has passed.
  • Absenting oneself before examination will mean a deduction of two marks in every subject.
  • Irregular attendance or repeated absence renders a student liable to dismissal.

LIBRARY

  • Library books should be obtained only with the permission of the Librarian.
  • The borrower should examine the books before leaving the library.
  • If the book is damaged, it should be informed to the librarian immediately.
  • Damage to books while out of the library will be debited to the borrower’s account, and he/she will have to make good the damage.
  • Writing of any kind in the book is punishable with a fine
  • Books are issued for the use of the borrower only.
  • Books are not to be kept for more than fourteen days. They may, however, be kept for a further period of fourteen days, if they are re-issued again.
  • All books are to be returned before the vacations and the final examinations
  • If the student loses the book, she will have to replace that book by paying the cost of the book.

SCHOOL FEES

  • A student joining (or) leaving the school during the academic year will pay the fees for the whole year.
  • No student is permitted to sit for examination if any dues remain unpaid. Fees once paid are not refundable.

PAYMENTS

Ist Installment: Fees should be paid before the Re opening date. Those who have not paid will not be allowed to sit in the class.

IInd Installment: Fees should be paid before September 15th. Defaulters will be removed from the roll.

IIIrd Installment: Fees should be paid before December 15th. Defaulters will be removed from the roll.

Fees once paid are not refundable.

SCHOOL ACTIVITIES

  • Co-curricular activities are just as much a part of sound education as studies. It is chiefly though these activities that the various faculties of a child’s personality are revealed. Qualities, such as team spirit, self confidence, sportsmanship, initiative and proper use of leisure time are developed. Mere book learning is not enough for life. Some of the co-curricular activities encouraged are extempore, dramatics (English, Tamil & Hindi), dancing, singing, drawing, art & craft, spell bee, athletics, educational films, debates, elocution, and essay writing.
  • Students may not joint any outside team without the permission of the Principal.
  • All students are expected to take part in the games.
